Returns Policy

You may submit a request to return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund at the discretion of our management team. Shipping costs will be the customers responsibility however if an item was shipped to you in error we will send you a return label.

You should expect to receive your refund within 1-5 business days of us receiving your return and approving your return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Shipping

We ship NZ wide. Some orders may have split shipping as we sometimes ship from multiple suppliers.
