Returns Policy

You may submit a request to return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund at the discretion of our management team. Shipping costs will be the customers responsibility however if an item was shipped to you in error we will send you a return label.

You should expect to receive your refund within 1-5 business days of us receiving your return and approving your return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Shipping

We ship NZ wide. Some orders may have split shipping as we sometimes ship from multiple suppliers.

Please also note that the shipping rates for some items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
